Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using iCleaners valet garment care, dry cleaning, or Green Process™ wet cleaning services.

1. Service Scope & Minimum Orders

iCleaners provides professional garment care with local pickup and delivery. Green Process™ Micro Wet Clean pickup and delivery orders are subject to a $120 minimum service charge.

2. Garment Protection & $200 Insurance

Garments in our care are automatically insured against loss or damage up to $200 per individual item. Reimbursement is based on the depreciated value of the item. Pre-existing damage or wear must be disclosed prior to cleaning.

3. Pickup & Delivery Protocol

Customers must ensure garments are placed in a secure, accessible location or left with building concierge during designated pickup windows.

4. Payment Terms

Payment for cleaning services and minimum charges is calculated upon order inspection and billed upon delivery completion.
